Items lost to anomalous weather, recovered by the bureau and held in perpetuity. You may claim an item by filing a form. Claiming requires only a name and a reason, neither of which will be checked.

Found beneath a window during a delayed thunderclap. It is holding on, but barely.

The key works, but only on doors that have not been built yet. Claimants are advised to wait.
